Deposit Rules

• Deposits are credited to your 299ba account in real time in most cases. Any delay is caused by third-party payment processors and is outside 299ba's direct control.
• Funds deposited must be used for legitimate gameplay. Any attempt to use the platform solely as a funds-transfer mechanism is strictly prohibited.
• 299ba does not accept deposits from credit cards. Only debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and bank transfers are supported.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the same account. Prohibited Gameplay Conduct

8. Account Suspension & Termination

299ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft; providing false or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any conduct that 299ba deems harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 299ba's discretion, particularly where fraudulent activity has been confirmed. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily (and not for disciplinary reasons), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
